France – Prepared meals – PRÉPARATION, FOURNITURE ET LIVRAISON DE REPAS EN LIAISON FROIDE POUR LA RESTAURATION COLLECTIVE MUNICIPALE

This contract concerns the preparation, supply and delivery of cold meals for the various catering services of the City. The services concern the following publics: - children aged 0 to 3 years accommodated at the Maison de la Petite Enfance; - children aged 2 to 5 years attending nursery schools and leisure facilities; - children aged 6 to 11 years attending primary schools and leisure facilities; - adults, including municipal agents benefiting from the catering service. The services include, in particular: - the development of menus tailored to the different categories of guests; - the preparation of meals in accordance with nutritional recommendations and the regulations applicable to collective catering; - the supply of meals meeting the specific needs of young children, particularly in terms of textures, portion sizes and nutritional balance; - the consideration of specific diets, allergies and individualised welcome protocols (PAI) transmitted by the local authority; - the packaging, labelling and traceability of foodstuffs; - the delivery of meals to the various sites of the local authority while respecting the cold chain; - the transmission of information relating to the composition of meals, allergens and the origin of products in accordance with the applicable regulations. The contractor undertakes to provide varied, balanced and high-quality meals, adapted to the age of the guests and developed in accordance with the health, nutritional and environmental requirements applicable to collective catering. The services are carried out as and when the local authority requires, according to the modalities defined in the contract documents.
