Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie komunalnych osadów ściekowych z oczyszczalni ścieków z terenu Gminy Łącko w 2027 roku.

1.1 The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the removal and disposal of municipal sewage sludge from the wastewater treatment plants in Łąck, Jazowsk and Kadz. As part of the task, the Contractor will provide: 1) Removal and disposal of excess sludge (stabilised municipal sewage sludge - waste code 19 08 05) from the ongoing operation of the wastewater treatment plants in Łąck and Jazowsk in an amount not exceeding 1500 tons. 2) Removal and disposal of screenings - waste code 19 08 01 from the ongoing operation of the wastewater treatment plants in Łąck and Jazowsk and in Kadz in an amount not exceeding 50 tons. 3) Removal and disposal of sand trap contents - waste code 19 08 02 from the ongoing operation of the wastewater treatment plants in Łąck and in Kadz in an amount not exceeding 3 tons. 1.2 Settlement for the receipt of the subject of the contract will be made on the basis of weight reports and waste transfer cards for the month in which the service was performed. 1.3 In accordance with the applicable regulations, responsibility for the waste passes from the Contracting Authority to the Contractor at the time of transfer. The Contracting Authority, as the producer of the waste, will transfer the waste to the Contractor, who has the appropriate permit from the competent authority to carry out activities in the field of managing these wastes (Article 27(2) and (3) of the Waste Act). If the Contractor does not meet the conditions for participation in the procedure due to the fact that it does not have any of the required permits, it may apply for the award of the contract by applying jointly with another Contractor (e.g. forming a consortium) who has a permit in this area. The recovery or disposal of stabilised sewage sludge should be carried out in accordance with the principles of waste management set out in the applicable regulations: - Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587 as amended) - Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647 as amended) The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of using stabilised municipal sludge directly in the manner of use specified in Article 96 of the Waste Act of 14.12.2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587 as amended), i.e.: The Contracting Authority does not envisage methods of disposing of sludge as specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 6 February 2015 on municipal sewage sludge (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 257). The Contracting Authority allows other waste recovery and disposal processes provided for in the Waste Act.
