Within the framework of the "nex:us" project, enercity Netz GmbH intends to renovate and convert existing buildings at the Ricklingen (RK) site, as well as construct a new warehouse and logistics building. The project controller is to coordinate and manage the overall project throughout all project stages, particularly with regard to costs, deadlines, interfaces, awards, reporting, and project organisation. This includes, inter alia, cost and financial controlling, scheduling with target/actual comparison, coordination of planners and construction companies, support in tendering procedures, and ensuring that planning and construction progress align with operational requirements at the Ricklingen site.
