France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – MARCHÉ D'ENTRETIEN, DÉPANNAGE, RÉPARATION ET RENOUVELLEMENT DES INSTALLATIONS DE CHAUFFAGE ET DE PRODUCTION D'EAU CHAUDE SANITAIRE DANS LES BÂTIMENTS COMMUNAUX ET DU CCAS

The services consist of the maintenance of facilities including periodic checks and repairs of small parts, corrective maintenance work. A purchasing group has been set up between the Town and the Social Action Centre of SIX-FOURS-LES-PLAGES. The Town has been designated as the coordinator of the group. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period from its date of notification until 31/12/2026, renewable 3 times for a period of one year, i.e. a maximum of until 31/12/2029. The consultation, based on a common specification for the two members of the group, will result in the signature of two separate contracts, with a lump sum and fixed-price part for permanent services and a part with purchase orders for occasional services with the following minimum and maximum amounts set for each period:

Town part: minimum: 5 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - maximum: 300 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive

CCAS part: minimum: 500 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - maximum: 100 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive
