Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Um- und Anbau der Grundschule Drachenstark Edemissen - Planungsleistungen LPH 5-9 gem. HOAI §§ 34, 39, 51, 55 und Anl. 1/1.2.3

The primary school Drachenstark in Edemissen is to be expanded at 3 locations and the existing school is to be upgraded to meet fire safety standards. The subject of the contract are the LPH 5-9, as the LPH 1-4 have already been completed. For this measure, the municipality of Edemissen wishes to commission a planning team - consisting of a building/ interior designer, structural design specialist, technical equipment specialist HLS and technical equipment specialist ELT - and conclude individual contracts with the individual planning partners of the planning team. This is NOT a general planning contract. The building/ interior designer is to take over the scope of services for landscape planning (subcontracting is permitted). However, the fee will be determined separately according to HOAI for landscape planning. The HLS building services engineer is to take over the scope of services for thermal insulation and energy balancing according to Annex 1.2.3 HOAI (subcontracting is permitted). Here, too, the fee for thermal insulation and energy balancing will be determined separately according to HOAI. Therefore, the following planning services are to be provided: - Building/ interior design according to § 34 HOAI, LPH 5 to 9 - Landscape design according to § 39 HOAI, LPH 5 to 9 - Structural design according to § 51 HOAI, LPH 5 to 6 - Technical equipment planning according to § 55 HOAI, AG 1-8, LPH 5 to 9 - Thermal insulation and energy balancing according to Annex 1.2.3 HOAI, LPH 5 to 9, as well as special services according to Annexes 10, 11, 14 and 15 HOAI. All members of the planning team submit their respective applications for participation as well as Annex 3 (members of the planning team) with the mention of all planning offices involved in the planning team via the DTVP portal. All planners from the planning team must prove their suitability according to the specifications from the notice already in the selection procedure. Accordingly, 4 proof of competence forms (building/ interior design, structural design, technical equipment planning ELT, technical equipment planning HLS) are attached to the procedure, which must be completed by the respective planning partner. Only complete applications will be considered. Double applications (also by the specialists) are not permitted. The planning team must submit a respective fee offer ("260702_2621_GS Edemissen_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_Arch.xlsx" / "260702_2621_GS Edemissen_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_TWP.xlsx" / "260702_2621_GS Edemissen_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_TGA HLS.xlsx" / "260702_2621_GS Edemissen_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_TGA ELT.xlsx") in the second stage of the procedure (invitation to tender). The fee offer of all planners is added up and included in the evaluation as an award criterion. Each building/ specialist planner completes his own fee table for this purpose. The quality of the entire planning team also flows into the evaluation (see evaluation matrix/award criteria). All planning partners are to present themselves for the negotiation date.
