Netherlands – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – BDV - Levering Cateringproducten (DIG-16908)

This procurement aims to ensure the continuity of the supply of Catering Products for the coming years. It concerns food and non-food products for the catering facilities at the headquarters of HHR. The contract includes the supply of Catering Products for the daily lunch service and banqueting activities in the company restaurant and meeting rooms at the headquarters of HHR. Three (3) different client numbers are used for the following product groups: Food; Banqueting; Cleaning/non-food products.

Core assortment: The contracting authority has established a core assortment for these product groups based on historical purchase data. This assortment contains the products that must be delivered on order throughout the term of the Framework Agreement. The list is included in Annex 2 (Price List) to this Guide to Registration.

Supplementary assortment: In addition to the core assortment, the contracting authority requires a broad and deep supplementary assortment of Catering Products within the product groups listed in Table 1. The supplementary assortment must also include a wide range of products with one or more of the 13 top eco-labels in the fields of environment, animal welfare and social responsibility.
