The procurement involves the development of a system contract with an option for subsequent phases. The aim of the renovation and refurbishment of the Sjöhistoriska museet is to address building-technical, functional, and logistical deficiencies to create a well-functioning building that, while preserving the building's unique values, enables the tenant and SFV's management to operate in the building in an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient manner.
