The subject of the public procurement is "Selection of a registered auditor to perform an independent financial audit and verification of the annual financial statements of "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" EAD for 2026, 2027 and 2028, including the performance of an interim review of the financial information and submission of an internal report for the first half of the year and commitment to express assurance on the sustainability report in accordance with the Accounting Act". The service includes the performance of an independent financial audit, expression of an independent auditor's opinion on the annual financial statements of "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" EAD for the financial years 2026, 2027 and 2028, in accordance with the requirements of the Independent Audit Act, applicable International Auditing Standards and the current legislation. The service must be performed in accordance with and in compliance with the requirements of the Independent Audit Act and the expression of assurance on sustainability and International Auditing Standards.
