To bring the railway sections into the functional safety parameters of traffic, as well as to lift speed restrictions, CNCF CFR S.A. has identified the implementation of maintenance works by the sequential replacement of the track superstructure. The subject of this procedure is the award of 7 framework agreements, one framework agreement for each lot, for a period of 4 years, with the execution of the works to be carried out within the area of activity to be executed within the SRCF Bucharest, Craiova, Timișoara, Cluj, Brașov, Galați and Constanța in accordance with the provisions of the terms of reference no. 2A/1/ 510 /22.06.2026. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/supplementary information regarding the award documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/supplementary information regarding the award documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to clarification requests submitted after the deadline set. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
