The subject of the public contract is the supply of 700 sets of single-layer protective suits for the South Bohemian Region Fire Rescue Service, including related services, in accordance with the technical specification set out in Annex 1 of the tender conditions during the years 2027 – 2028. The first part of the delivery, amounting to 600 sets, will be delivered once, by no later than 30.4.2027. The remaining 100 sets will be ordered by the contracting authority as needed throughout the validity of the contract, in the form of individual partial orders. The minimum quantity for one partial order is 20 sets. The supplier is obliged to deliver the ordered quantity no later than 90 days from the receipt of the relevant order. The last partial order will be delivered by the supplier so that its delivery can be completed by no later than 10.12.2028. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract includes: - Free assessment of the protective properties of the protective suits throughout their use, - Provision of warranty and post-warranty service for protective suits, service and declaration of the method of repair, - Provision of individual size testing for selected members including free measurement of atypical sizes (custom-made clothing according to the order) without additional charge, at the location designated by the purchaser (maximum 7 locations – fire stations). - Possibility of exchanging an unused protective suit if the wrong size is chosen according to the requirements of the contracting authority, - Training of selected members of the contracting authority to carry out inspections and controls of the delivered protective suits at the place of handover.
