In the context of the works for the "Guyancourt/Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines" station of Line 18 of the Grand Paris Express metro, the project owner will be entrusted with the design and site supervision for the following actions: Action 2: Eco-Station BUS and drivers' local, Action 5/A1b: Secondary access forecourt, Action 9: Access road to the parking relay, Action 11: Signage and passenger information. The missions entrusted to the successful tenderer will be as follows: - Preliminary design studies (AVP) - Update of the global AVP (for the SQY part); - Project design studies (PRO); - Assistance with the award of public works contracts (AMT); - Approval of execution and/or synthesis studies drawn up by the companies (VISA); - Contract works execution management (DET); - Scheduling, monitoring and coordination (OPC); - Assistance during the reception and during the perfect completion guarantee period (AOR). The successful tenderer will also be entrusted with the following additional missions: 1 - Establishment/management/follow-up of the D.T. (establishment follow-up marking); 2 - Design, establishment of the building permit and site supervision of the drivers' local; 3 - Establishment of grant application files; 4 - OPCIC (Scheduling, Monitoring and Coordination Inter-site). The detailed description of the services is indicated in the documents of the designers' consultation dossier. The financial envelope allocated to the works is 6,871,897.00 euros (excluding VAT).
