BIM- overall planning services Lph. 1-3 (optional 4-7) in 2 lots in the traffic station Leipzig Hbf and Leipzig-Halle Airport for the renewal of emergency lighting and parts of the electrical power system including necessary planning services in the IOH area such as a) BIM planning Technical Building Equipment KG 430, 440, 450 b) Building and Traffic Infrastructure Planning c) Structural Design Building, Engineering Structures, Building Structural/Static Design Contributions, d) BIM contribution Water Framework Directive (only Leipzig-Halle Airport) e) BIM feasibility study f) Modelling of the planning voice alarm (SAA) of a third party outside this tender (in commissioning by the project management of DB AG) there are further service pictures of necessary planning or their preparations / support services / consulting services, inter alia a) Creation of fire protection concept as well as testing and release (only Leipzig-Halle Airport) b) Ordering / implementation of surveying services c) Ordering / implementation of site investigation and geotechnical consulting d) Support services by DB Services e) trade-specific plan checking services f) BVB release services and communication with the EBA g) and possibly further Further information can be found in the PA and PÄ 1, 2, 3.
