Germany – Postal services related to letters – Briefdienstleistungen für die Justizbehörden in Niederbayern (ohne Kelheim und Straubing)

For the post offices listed in Annex 1, the dispatch of letters and registered mail is to be carried out from 01.07.2027. This contract governs the collection, preparation, transport and delivery of mail for the judicial authorities listed in this annex. Formal registered mail delivery orders are excluded. The careful and proper execution of mail services is of considerable importance for many judicial proceedings. Undelivered or inadequately or belatedly processed deliveries of letters can cause serious problems with far-reaching consequences for the administration of justice and for citizens seeking legal redress. This contract is intended to ensure that the delivery of letters for the judicial authorities listed in Annex 1 is carried out to a very high quality standard and that the objective of economy is appropriately taken into account at the same time.
