The subject of the public contract is: 1) Implementation of the construction (work), i.e. implementation of the investment action entitled "VN Brno – Pavilion of Operational Units" according to the PROJECT, 2) Processing of project documentation related to the work, in particular: • Processing / conversion of the PROJECT at the DPS stage into a BIM model • Processing of production project documentation for those parts of the work that require it • Processing of documentation of the actual execution of the work (DPSP) in the BIM model • Processing of geodetic survey by a responsible geodesist including a geometric plan confirmed by the real estate cadastre and the function of the responsible geodesist on the construction site; 3) Supply of medical technology and healthcare equipment (hereinafter "Equipment") • SO 02 - D1.02.08b – Medical gases – complexes (Terminal units of medical gases and Operating lights) with a warranty period of 60 months • PS 201a – Healthcare technology – installation of operating rooms with a warranty period of 60 months 4) Equipment servicing, i.e. agreeing on the conditions for providing servicing services on the Equipment supplied as part of the PROJECT and the work: a) within the warranty period, b) post-warranty service for a period of 5 years after the end of the warranty period with possible extension, and that until the end of the technical or moral life of the Equipment. 5) Cooperation of the selected supplier in the implementation of technologies and equipment, which are not the subject of the public contract being tendered, see section 10.6.3. of these Tendering Conditions.
