The subject of the contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system (DNS) is the supply of a selected range of telephones, modems, routers, smartphones, tablets and accessories, which are commonly available on the market and especially within the groups 322, 323, 324, 325 and 302, as well as the provision of related services such as delivery of goods to the designated place, including their unloading, collection and ecological disposal of used consumables and the like. The contracting authority, as needed, will also use another specific CPV code from the mentioned groups or another group according to CPV for the classification of goods or services. The contracting authority will announce a specific contract using DNS based on the Invitation to Submit a Tender (hereinafter as Invitation to Submit a Tender). The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be stated in the respective Invitation to Submit a Tender as part of the tendering of a specific contract in accordance with the tender documents. The contracting authority expects to award specific contracts within the DNS at irregular, unpredictable intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. Similarly, the contracting authority expects the volume of specific contracts awarded within the dynamic purchasing system, from units to thousands of units in a specific contract awarded within the dynamic purchasing system. The specific scope of the subject of the contract as well as its detailed specification including specific delivery addresses, will be part of the individual invitations within the established DNS, which will be sent to all registered interested parties via the information system JOSEPHINE.
