The establishment and implementation of a central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in which all sectors and services of Gilde Opleidingen can record customer data and customer contacts in a uniform manner with regard to Relationship Management, Contract Education and Work Placement (BPV). By relations and stakeholders, we mean (work placement) companies, municipalities, surrounding schools, deans, (prospective) students, alumni, (former) employees, volunteers and suppliers. The establishment and implementation of a sales funnel for Gilde Bedrijfsopleidingen, for the purpose of being able to carry out all sales activities around the sale and delivery of customised training. Advising the organisation on the work and management processes of this platform. Ensuring adoption: training and instruction for the key-users and/or end-users, based on the “train-the-trainer” principle. For approximately 50 users, the maximum amount to be spent for 4 years is 390,000 Euro. If it is a Microsoft Dynamics solution and the Contracting Authority provides the licences, then the maximum amount to be spent for the first 4 years is 225,000 Euro.
