The objective of this tender is to contract a security partner that contributes to safe, hospitable and undisturbed regular service provision through high-quality security services. The security partner identifies risks in a timely manner, acts adequately in the event of incidents and supports the continuity of municipal service provision. The assignment includes the performance of supervision and security tasks and, where necessary, host and hostess activities within municipal buildings. In addition to this regular service provision, the tenderer is expected to be able to carry out additional tailor-made assignments if requested. The maximum contract value for the new framework agreement is € 10,670,000 including all options for extension, indexation and excluding VAT. The indicated hours in the price submission form are merely indicative and do not guarantee the future procurement pattern. The municipality guarantees no minimum procurement and no rights can be derived from this.
