Belgium – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – TD. Onderhoud openbaar groen 2026-2029

Subject of these services: TD. Maintenance of public green spaces 2026-2029. Place of service provision: City of Blankenberge, Technical Department, Scharebrugstraat 110, 8370 Blankenberge. This contract concerns the maintenance of part of the green areas of the city. The contract consists of 2 different tasks: 1) Green maintenance: The task to be carried out includes: • mowing and collecting lawns; • cutting and weed-free maintenance of plantings and tree pits; • shearing of shrubs; • shearing of hedges and weed-free maintenance of the hedge bases. 2) Weed control. For specific locations, an image class is established according to the CROW classification. It is up to the contractor to choose the method and frequency to be used to maintain this image quality. The framework agreement has a duration of 14 months and is then 2 times automatically renewable, each time for a period of 12 months. The agreement is cancellable, this is done in writing with a notice period of 3 months.
