Germany – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – Sanierung Stadthaus Paderborn; Heizungstechnik einschl. PIZ

Within the framework of the renovation of the city administration at Abdinghof in Paderborn, building sections A, B and C, the services of the heating engineering trade, including the heating of the Paderborn Information Centre (PIZ), are being tendered. The scope of services includes, in particular, the dismantling and disposal of existing heating systems, the supply and installation of heat pump convectors for heating and cooling, heating distributions and piping systems including fittings, pumps and thermal insulation, as well as heating water treatment. The heating surfaces are designed for 45/35 °C. Furthermore, the service includes the creation and operation of a temporary construction heating system, pressure tests, hydraulic balancing and adjustment, documentation and commissioning, as well as the heating of the PIZ. The heating system comprises approx. 200 radiators in 5 heating circuits for static heating and 2 heating circuits for 2 air handling units. The service also includes a maintenance contract.
