The subject of the contract is, inter alia, the conception, development and implementation of media-effective communication measures for the brands of the NASA GmbH and selected topics of the State of Saxony-Anhalt. This includes in particular: • Development and further development of communication strategies as well as strategic consulting for the managed brands and topics • Development, application and further development of the creative basic orientation and the corporate design systems (visual language, design, language etc.) • Conception and implementation of integrated, cross-media communication measures, in particular nationwide and regional campaigns • Planning and implementation of digital communication measures (online, social media and moving image formats) including target group and data-based control • Conceptual, editorial and design implementation of print and publication formats (e.g. magazine, annual report, brochures) • Design and application of brand appearances in public spaces, in particular on vehicles, infrastructure and other stationary elements • Conception, design and production of advertising materials, equipment elements and communication materials for promotion, events and corporate communication • Care, coordination and communicative implementation of cooperations with external partners • Project-related coordination and coordination with internal and external parties as well as control of production and other service providers • Development and implementation of further communication measures including short-term or ad-hoc projects as well as – if necessary – organisational support for events or special measures Further details can be found in the specification of services (DM-KOM_2026_300_Leistungsbeschreibung).
