- Consultation rooms: more specifically the table and chairs where the doctor and patient/visitor sit (examination tables are not part of this tender)

- Nursing departments: team rooms

- Administrative and support services

- Meeting and conference rooms

- Various other functional zones within the hospital

In addition to the delivery of furniture, it is expected that the future contractor will actively think along with the design of the various rooms and support the further development of the interior concepts. Important objectives are:

- Creating a future-oriented and patient-friendly environment;

- Supporting efficient care processes;

- Achieving a uniform and qualitative appearance within the hospital;

- Stimulating innovation and co-creation;

- Maximising circularity and sustainability;

- Ensuring flexibility for future adjustments;

- Achieving an optimal price-quality ratio over the entire lifespan;

- Maximising consideration of ergonomics;

- Specifically regarding office furniture:

* Developing layout concepts for shared workplaces, taking into account various work forms, occupancy rates and future organisational changes;

* Solutions for visual and functional separations between workplaces, taking into account the need for confidentiality of information and user comfort

* Integrating acoustic solutions with proposals around acoustic cells, focus rooms, quiet workplaces and other solutions for confidential conversations and online meetings.
