Netherlands – Primary school construction work – Bouwteam Aannemer - nieuwbouw basisscholen Hobbitstee en Azzahraa

The contracting authority is following a European non-open tendering procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Aw) and the Public Procurement Decree for Works 2016 (ARW 2016), published on the tendering platform TenderNed. The assignment involves the design and realisation of a SPIL-centre with an approximate floor area of 4,500 m2 BVO, for which the contracting authority will hire an architect and design advisors as the design team. The building will provide space for the primary schools De Hobbitstee, Azzahraa, each with its own BSO and daycare centre.
