Studies and supply of rolling stock for the SPL SPIIT and other associated services

Description: The present framework agreement has the following objectives: (i) The design, supply and warranty of Rolling Stock in various Configurations according to a Range (including ECTS-ERTMS Equipment, and excluding KVB Equipment, which is the subject of a separate contract); (ii) The supply of spare parts and tools for Rolling Stock and the delivery of user training; (iii) The performance of maintenance services for the Rolling Stock subject to the framework agreement (level 4 maintenance, maintenance expertise, component condition monitoring, telephone hotline); (iv) And the related services detailed in the DCE (notably design services, certification of energy recharging devices and the associated maintenance services). This Rolling Stock is acquired for the needs of the shareholders of the SPL SPIIT. To date, the SPL SPIIT has the following shareholders: the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, the Centre-Val de Loire Region and the Occitanie Region. The SPIIT may, in the future, and during the execution of the present framework agreement, have new shareholders with a need to acquire Rolling Stock.
