The present ordinary contract, lasting 5 years and 2 months (including 1 optional year) in one lot, meets the needs for renovation work on the control system of the LA PLAINE dam (VIEUX PRE in the VOSGES). This dam features 2 bays, each composed of a segment gate and a flap gate, a bay with a return gate, and a fish pass. The dam is equipped with 2 upstream inlet level gauges in the upstream basin, 3 upstream level gauges at the dam and 1 downstream level gauge at the dam. The works concern the renovation of the alternating and direct current electrical distribution, and the installation of standby and ultimate standby diesel generators. The works also concern the tertiary equipment (lighting of the future premises, lighting of the entire dam, heating of the premises, as well as the industrial network and IT installations of the dam, the intrusion and fire safety system of the dam). The works concern the renovation of the programmed or relayed automation of the various components and their instrumentation, the automation of the control and status logging of the dam and the level measurements. The works concern the renovation of the oleo-hydraulic control units of the cylinders of the 3 bays and the fish pass and a system for the ultimate standby control of the cylinders. Technical options will be included in the following areas: Programming of the 1st and 2nd level control automates of the dam, Replacement of the control cylinders of all bays and the fish pass, Replacement of the surveillance cameras of the bays.
