1. Successive supplies of medicines for the Narodowy Instytut Onkologii im. Marii Skłodowskiej Curie Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego Oddział in Gliwice

2. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers, and therefore the subject of the contract is divided into 7 separate tasks, namely: 1) Targeted Import 1 2) Pemigatinib 3) Various 1 4) Various 2 5) Various 101 6) Various 102 7) Toripalimab

3. The description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the contract are contained in the annexes: 1) Assortment-price specification – annex no. 2.1-2.7 to SWZ, 2) Draft contract clauses, which will be introduced into the contract – annex no. 4 to SWZ.

4. The contracting authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations.

5. The contracting authority does not envisage supplementary contracts.

6. The contracting authority does not envisage an electronic auction, supplementary contracts.

7. The contracting authority does not envisage the requirement: 1) for the Contractor to carry out a local visit or 2) for the Contractor to check the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract available at the contracting authority's premises.

8. Information on the joint tendering of Contractors for the award of the contract is contained in Section IX of the SWZ.

9. The validity of the offer is 120 days. The period of validity of the offer begins with the expiry of the deadline for the submission of offers. This day is the first day of the period of validity of the offer. The above means that the period of validity of the offer expires on 15.12.2026.

10. The contracting authority has included the information clause resulting from the content of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, in the SWZ.
