The subject of the public procurement contract is the works related to the investment objective "Urban arrangement of the public space of Podul Calicilor and Cheiul Dâmboviței between Piața Unirii and Pod Izvor" OBIECT 1 - Urban public space of Podul Calicilor - Urban ensemble Domnița Bălașa, Underground parking, urban arrangement of the Palace of Justice; OBIECT 2 - Project "Cheiul Dâmboviței Unirii-Izvor", Splaiul Independenței - Pod Unirii - Pod Izvor, in accordance with the requirements of the award documentation. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority states that it will respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators until the deadline set in the Participation Notice. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
