1. The subject of the contract is: the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service and maintenance of green areas in the premises of the University of Wrocław at ul. Przesmyckiego 10 and ul. Przybyszewskiego 63-65 in Wrocław. 2. The total area to be cleaned is: 36,260 m2 3. The detailed scope of work, frequency of execution, list of rooms, areas and organisational and technical requirements are specified in Attachment no. 3 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 4. The detailed scope of obligations to execute the subject of the contract and payment terms are indicated in Attachment no. 4 to SWZ – Draft Contract Terms and Conditions.
