The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate contracts in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) within the framework of a so-called "Open-House procedure." By stipulating uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V for the active substance named in the invitation to tender.
