Germany – Construction project management services – Unterstützenden Projektleitung und GU-Steuerung (U-PL) für das Bauvorhaben "Neues Gebäude Düsseldorf"

NRW.BANK intends to construct a new building on the partial plot Düsseldorf, Haroldstraße 5, Gemarkung Neustadt, Flur 1, Flurstück 871 for the Düsseldorf site. In addition to the building for NRW.BANK, a building to accommodate the Ministry of Finance and further yet-to-be-determined state authorities will be erected on the entire plot. The above-ground gross floor area to be realised is approximately 88,000 - 106,000 m² in total. The new building for NRW.BANK on the partial plot with an area of 8,760 m² will comprise approximately 53,700 m² of above-ground gross floor area, approximately 500 underground parking spaces for cars, and approximately 250 bicycle parking spaces for the Düsseldorf site. The NRW.BANK building complex consists of a two-storey plinth building, on top of which an atrium building with a height of approximately 40 m is placed to the north and a high-rise building with a height of approximately 99 m to the south. Four to five basement levels are planned below the plinth, which will house the underground car park and technical rooms. A general contractor in the form of an ARGE could be appointed for this turnkey construction service, including the planning service LPH 5, in September 2025.
