The subject of the contract is structural design services in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021, phases 1 to 6, with phased awarding. Various Special Services may also be commissioned as required. The municipality of Westendorf (Ostallgäu district) is planning the new construction of a fire station. The building is designed for approximately 80 active firefighters and includes a vehicle hall with three parking spaces and an integrated wash hall. The vehicle hall is planned with clear dimensions of approximately 15.80 x 14.00 m, the wash hall with approximately 6.00 x 11.00 m. The coordinated room program also includes storage and workshop areas, changing rooms, sanitary and operational areas, training and administrative rooms, as well as the necessary outdoor facilities. The total usable area amounts to approximately 950 m².
