Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Pridinol, ATC M03BX03 für die Zeit 01.04.2026 - 31.03.2028 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a paragraph 8 of the German Social Code (SGB V) enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the German Competition Act (GWB) is carried out by DAK-Gesundheit. For the medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract for the above-mentioned substance Pridinol, ATC M03BX03, DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until the entry into force of new rebate contracts for medicines. A rebate contract in accordance with the approval model for the above-mentioned substance will come into force for the first time on 01.04.2026 and will end on 31.03.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will end automatically with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless.
