Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Sanierung Torhaus, MRZ Cottbus

Subject of the procurement procedure are planning services for the listed building conservation and modernisation of the gatehouse of the Zuchthaus Cottbus memorial. The listed existing building has a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 1,130 m² and is to be developed into a visitor and education centre with exhibition, seminar and administrative areas. The procurement procedure includes the lots of building design according to § 34 HOAI, technical building services design according to § 55 HOAI, and structural design according to § 51 HOAI, including building physics services (thermal insulation and energy balancing according to GEG). The services are to be provided taking into account the requirements of monument protection, accessibility, fire protection, and the grant procedure according to BbgRZBau.
