Czechia – Laboratory reagents – LF/UPOL – Spotřební materiál a činidla pro molekulárněbiologické a biomedicínské analýzy – opakování 4. a 5. části
Description
The subject of the Public Procurement Contract is the supply of consumable laboratory materials, reagents, and antibodies intended for metabolomic, lipidomic, proteomic, and immunologic analyses. The public procurement contract is divided into the following five parts according to the individual areas of use: a) Part 1: Antibodies and reagents for cytometry – large panels The subject of the contract is the supply of antibodies and reagents intended for multicolour multiparametric labelling of cellular populations and extracellular vesicles by flow cytometry. The antibodies will be used within research panels, where it is essential to maintain the reproducibility, comparability, and continuity of results between individual samples, time points, and tested groups. b) Part 2: Antibodies and reagents for cytometry – small panels The subject of the contract is the supply of antibodies and reagents intended for multicolour multiparametric labelling of cellular populations and extracellular vesicles by flow cytometry. The antibodies will be used within research panels, where it is essential to maintain the reproducibility, comparability, and continuity of results between individual samples, time points, and tested groups. c) Part 3: Antibodies for immunohistochemistry The subject of the contract is the supply of antibodies intended for labelling cellular populations for immunohistochemical staining of tissues. The antibodies will be used within research panels, where it is essential to maintain the reproducibility, comparability, and continuity of results between individual samples, time points, and tested groups. d) Part 4: Consumable materials and reagents for metabolomic and lipidomic analyses The subject of the contract is the supply of consumable materials, solvents, volatile additives to mobile phases, and analytical standards intended for LC-MS/MS metabolomic and lipidomic analyses. The supplied materials must be suitable for routine use in liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry, exhibit quality corresponding to mass spectrometric applications, and must not negatively affect chromatographic separation, ionization of analytes, analytical background, sensitivity, or reproducibility of measurements. e) Part 5: Consumable materials for proteomic analyses The subject of the contract is the supply of consumable materials for LC-MS/MS proteomic analyses.
The minimum requirements for the subject of the Public Procurement Contract are defined by technical, commercial, or other contractual conditions, which are attached to the tender documentation. These include in particular the Technical Specifications, Price Calculations, and the binding Terms of the Contract.
