Romania – Software implementation services – Implementare Sistem Informatic Geografic Integrat pentru Modelarea Rețelei Electrice de Distribuție (GIS&Topology)

The general objective of the present procurement is the implementation of an integrated GIS&Topology platform (Geographic Information System), consisting of a GIS application, including specific extensions/modules to allow network design processes or to facilitate integrations and a mobile GIS application, intended for the management and administration of the electric distribution network (IT, MT, JT) geographically located in the territory managed by the contracting entity. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day, before the deadline set for the submission of participation requests, in accordance with art. 173 (1) of Law 99/2016 on sectoral procurement. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications = 19.
