The present contract concerns the production of the international signal for the 2026 European Aquatics Championships (CEN 2026), to be held in Paris from 31 July to 16 August 2026. It is composed of a single lot (Lot 1) including: Television and radio production and transmission for all disciplines: swimming, artistic swimming, diving, high diving and open water. Management of rights holders for all disciplines: swimming, artistic swimming, diving, high diving and open water. Development and management of the Rate Card for all disciplines: swimming, artistic swimming, diving, high diving and open water. The main objectives are: to ensure homogeneous, high-quality audiovisual coverage in line with European Aquatics (EA) and EBU standards. to ensure coherence of flows between the five disciplines and their respective sites. to offer broadcasters a complete experience, both on-site and in international distribution. to enhance the Parisian sites and the legacy of Paris 2024. Bidders must strictly respect the budget allocated to the contract. To this end, it is possible to adjust the number of cameras and, if necessary, to reduce the production set-up. However, the bidder must seek the best possible balance between production cost and the number of cameras deployed. The production plans presented in this tender are provided for information purposes and correspond to a target set-up. Bidders may propose less ambitious camera plans, provided that the production of the international signal guarantees a high-end quality level in line with the expected standards.
