The present contract concerns the maintenance and evolution of the human resources information and management system "HR Access" currently installed and used at the Forem. The Forem currently has a pack of licenses for 5,000 users, installed "On Prem" in the Forem datacenter, of the "Perpetual" and nominative type. To this end, the contract covers the maintenance of the HR Access licenses installed at the Forem, the possibility of acquiring an additional volume according to needs, the third-party application maintenance of the HR Access tool (via an annual flat rate) and finally the possibility of developing new functionalities in HR Access, on demand, by the HR Department.
