Description

The subject of the order is the supply named for the purpose of the procedure: "Sale and delivery of hard disk arrays and hard disks for servers". The order has been divided into 3 parts: - Part 1: Sale and delivery of 2 (two) factory-new hard disk arrays with expansion modules, - Part 2: Sale and delivery of 12 (twelve) factory-new hard disks for backup servers, - Part 3: Sale and delivery of 5 (five) factory-new hard disk arrays and 30 (thirty) hard disks for the needs of the Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments. Description of the subject of the order - Annexes No. 3.1 (regarding Part 1 of the order), 3.2 (regarding Part 2 of the order), 3.3 (regarding Part 3 of the order) to the Specification of Order Conditions - hereinafter SWZ. The contractor may submit a bid for one, several or all parts of the order. At most, the contractor may submit a bid for 3 parts of the order. 2. The contractor is obliged to implement the order on the principles and conditions described in the SWZ and in the Draft Contract Terms - hereinafter PPU, which are Annexes No. 4.1 (regarding Part 1 of the order), 4.2 (regarding Part 2 of the order), 4.3 (regarding Part 3 of the order) to the SWZ. 3. Names and codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): - 30233141-1 – Redundant array of independent disks (RAID), - 30234000-8 – Storage media. 4. The contractor will deliver the subject of the contract by its own transport, including its delivery at its own cost and risk to the premises of the Purchaser, i.e. the premises indicated by the Purchaser in the building of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wrocław, pl. Powstańców Warszawy 1, 50-153 Wrocław. The equipment will be installed at the location (appropriately for the individual parts of the order), as mentioned in § 1 para. 1 and 3 PPU, which are Annexes No. 4.1 (regarding Part 1 of the order), 4.2 (regarding Part 2 of the order), 4.3 (regarding Part 3 of the order) to the SWZ. 5. The procedure is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender based on art. 132 of the Pzp Act and in accordance with the SWZ. 6. The Purchaser envisages the application of the procedure referred to in art. 139 of the Pzp Act. 7. The Purchaser: a) does not conduct a procedure to conclude a framework agreement, b) does not envisage settlement with the Contractor in foreign currencies, c) does not envisage the conduct of an electronic auction, d) does not envisage the submission of a bid in the form of electronic catalogues, e) does not envisage the granting of advances on account of the performance of the order, f) does not allow the possibility of submitting variant bids, g) does not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the order exclusively by Contractors, as referred to in art. 94 of the Pzp Act, h) due to the subject of the order, does not set requirements related to the performance of the order, as referred to in art. 95 of the Pzp Act, i) does not envisage requirements in the scope of employing persons, as referred to in art. 96 para. 2 point 2 of the Pzp Act, j) does not envisage the conduct of a site visit at the delivery site of the subject of the order, k) on the basis of art. 138 para. 2 point 2 of the Pzp Act, the Purchaser shortens the tender submission deadline, but not shorter than 15 days from the date of the transmission of the order notice to the Official Journal of the European Union. 8. The PPU in the matter of public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are Annexes No. 4.1 (regarding Part 1 of the order), 4.2 (regarding Part 2 of the order), 4.3 (regarding Part 3 of the order) to the SWZ. 9. Order completion deadline: by 04 December 2026. 10. The contractor will be bound by the bid for a period of 90 calendar days. The first day of the bid binding period is the day on which the bid submission deadline expires. 11. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the order to a subcontractor. In the event of the performance of the subject of the order with the use of subcontractors, the Purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate those parts of the order, the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the proposed subcontractor companies (Part II, Section D of the JEDZ document) – if they are known at this stage. Further - Res. X SWZ. 12. The Purchaser: a) does not require the submission of a bid bond, b) does not require the Contractor to provide security for the proper performance of the contract. 13. The Purchaser has not specified the conditions for participation in the procedure. 14. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to submit substantive evidential means. Substantive evidential means, i.e. Annexes No. 3.1 (regarding Part 1 of the order), 3.2 (regarding Part 2 of the order), 3.3 (regarding Part 3 of the order) to the SWZ, constitute a Contractor's declaration confirming that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified in the aforementioned annexes – with regard to the individual parts of the order - Res. VII SWZ. 15. Declarations and documents submitted with the bid - Res. IX SWZ. 16. Declarations under art. 125 of the Pzp Act and a list of substantive evidential means – declarations and documents which contractors submit to confirm compliance with the conditions of participation in the procedure (if applicable) and to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion - Res. VIII SWZ. List of ICT elements covered by the bid, prepared - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ as part of the bid. – completed, signed, submitted in electronic form, i.e. in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. Declaration of the contractor that the bid in the scope of ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes does not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation, as referred to in art.
