Germany – Lift installation work – Aufzugsanlagen

The subject of the tender is the planning, supply, installation and commissioning of a total of 14 elevator systems for different uses (passenger, logistics and lifts for AEMP areas). Additionally, the contract includes, in particular: • Maintenance services for 4 years (plus optional 1 year extension) • Construction hoist solutions during the construction phase • Lift management and monitoring system • Protective linings as well as supplementary ancillary services • Passenger rescue and fault clearance

Technical requirements (extract): • Rope lifts with load capacities up to 2,500 kg and modern drive technology • Implementation of current standards (e.g. DIN EN 81 series, fire control, earthquake safety) • Barrier-free design according to DIN EN 81-70 • Vandalism protection and increased requirements for sound and fire protection • Integration of emergency call systems, smoke extraction and building management system

Special requirements: • Compliance with sustainability criteria according to DGNB (healthy buildings) • Use of environmentally friendly and certified building products • Integration into complex hospital logistics (including FTS interfaces for partial systems)

The Robert Bosch Hospital is not a public contracting authority according to § 99 para. 4 GWB, but is bound to public procurement law due to funding from the State of Baden-Württemberg. Sending of tender documents for the calculation of offers will only take place after receipt of a signed confidentiality agreement. This is included with the tender documents.
