Czechia – Operation of water supplies – Provozování vodohospodářské infrastruktury ve vlastnictví města Trhové Sviny

The subject of the public procurement in the concession procedure are services (concession) ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the contracting authority's water management assets, the town of Trhové Sviny, for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2036, in accordance with national legal regulations, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on public water supply and sewerage systems and on the amendment to certain acts, as amended. The operation of water management assets, i.e. public water supply and sewerage systems, will be ensured in a separate operating model based on a concession agreement concluded with the selected supplier in this concession procedure.
