France – Software package and information systems – FOURNITURE DE LOGICIELS ET LICENCES INFORMATIQUES-CONSEIL AVANT-VENTE ET PRESTATIONS D'ACCOMPAGNEMENT

The present consultation concerns the supply of systems, client/server and office software, in complete products or in licence, pre-sales consultancy as well as accompanying services for the needs of the S.D.I.S du Pas-de-Calais. In accordance with Article L.2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation will result in a non-allotted framework agreement, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount. The contract value of the initial contract and of each renewal is limited to 500,000.00 € excl. VAT. The estimated contract value is 250,000.00 € over 12 months. This is a single-source supplies framework agreement, without retendering, which will be executed as needed by issuing purchase orders under the conditions defined in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
