The procurement of development and maintenance work for the Fisheries Register (KIR), the Fishing Data Submission Application (PERK), the Electronic Fishing Logbook Application (ERS), fisheries data exchange solutions, reporting software, and related interfaces and cooperative software. The scope of development and maintenance work includes, among other things: 1. project management; 2. system analysis; 3. query and report compilation; 4. software and database design; 5. programming; 6. testing; 7. documentation; 8. consultation; 9. and other tasks necessary for the development and maintenance of KIR, PERK, ERS, FLUX, reporting, and related fisheries information systems. During the implementation of the framework agreement, the contracting authority may also procure the modernization, replacement, or new solutions for the fisheries sector. The estimated value of the framework agreement to be concluded is 2 000 000 euros excluding VAT.
