The subject of the public contract is the supply of crushed stone in fractions 2/4, 4/8, 8/11 and 8/16 in the estimated quantities to the individual locations of the contract as per the specification in the tender documentation. The subject of the public contract is defined by the Contract Template, which forms Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation. The estimated quantity indicated is only indicative, dependent on climatic conditions and will be guided by the specific needs of the contracting authority in the given period. Exceeding or not meeting the indicated quantity will not be subject to penalties or sanctions from the supplier.
