The services are paid for by unit prices. - The preparation of menus by a State-registered dietitian, - The purchase and supply of foodstuffs necessary for the production of all catering services, - The preparation of school meals in the 2 municipal kitchens (Vessiot Schools and La Culasse), - The preparation of meals in the Silky Giraldi nursery kitchen, - The preparation of meals for the ACM during school holidays and Wednesdays (Vessiot Schools), - The serving of elementary meals in self-service and on free-service banks, - The setting up of nursery meals, - Clearing, dishwashing, maintenance and cleaning of dedicated spaces (Vessiot Schools, La Culasse and Silky Giraldi nursery), - Entertainment around the meal, - The guarantee of hygiene and safety rules, - The follow-up of quality and satisfaction of diners, - Communication with the Local Authority and families, - The provision of a dietitian present at the request of the Local Authority at the monthly menu commissions, - The maintenance of kitchen equipment, - The management of all waste, - All the provisions described in the present CCTP and in particular in Annex 1.
