It is planned to dismantle the Edelweiler wastewater treatment plant down to the mechanical stage and to pump the wastewater, with a rainfall volume of 42 m³/h, through a pressure line into the catchment area of the Vörbach wastewater treatment plant of the ZVA Oberes Waldachtal. The planning service includes the dismantling of the Edelweiler wastewater treatment plant while continuing to operate the mechanical stage, as well as the planning and construction of the route including the pump station. Furthermore, the inspection and possible adjustment of the feedthroughs through the local sewer systems and collector lines are part of the planning service. Various options should be checked for the pump station, also with regard to redundancy. As part of the planning services, it should be examined whether photovoltaic systems can be used on the pump stations for power supply. In addition, a funding application for the structural measure of the wastewater treatment plant conversion is to be submitted.
