The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of scientific equipment for the Laboratory of Food Chemistry and Technology of the Department of Chemistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The items to be supplied are classified under the following CPV code: 38000000-5 Laboratory equipment. The present contract is divided into the following three (3) sections: 1. Triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) system, budget excluding VAT 235,000.00€, budget including VAT 291,400.00€ 2. Gas chromatography mass spectrometer system, budget excluding VAT 239,800.00€, budget including VAT 297,352.00€ 3. Air conditioning-ventilation system, budget excluding VAT 18,500.00€, budget including VAT 22,940.00€. Bids may be submitted for one (1) or more sections of the tender or for all sections, for the total of the items of the section. The total estimated value of the contract for all three (3) sections amounts to 493,300.00€ excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 611,692.00€). The duration of the contract is eight (8) months, unless otherwise stated in the specific technical specifications of Annex I for each section separately. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, based on the best quality-price ratio.
