France – Car park management services – Sanef - Service d'exploitation du Pôle d'Echange Multimodal de Bussy Saint Georges

Sanef - concessionaire and operator of the A4 motorway - will complete by the end of 2027 in the commune of Bussy Saint Georges (77), a multimodal exchange hub (PEM) for road traffic. This involves creating an exchange zone between different local transport modes (car, local bus, bicycle) and collective or shared transport modes using the A4 motorway (express bus, carpooling). It is mainly composed of an access-controlled underground parking facility, bus stations, drop-off points and waiting areas. The contract aims to entrust the operation of the PEM to a specialised operator. The contract also provides for the supply and deployment by the Operator of operating equipment. The initial contract will come into effect upon its signature (end of 2026) and will expire on 31 December 2031 (approximately 5 years) with a first pre-operational phase of preparation for operation and deployment of equipment, followed by an operational phase of operation (see annex AAPC)
