Czechia – Restoration work – „Transformace příspěvkové organizace Domov Na zámečku Rokytnice – objekt Přerov, Pod Skalkou a Středisko sociální prevence Olomouc – pobočka Přerov“

The subject of the contract is construction work for the complete reconstruction of three buildings of the former kindergarten Pod Skalkou č. p. 50 in Přerov – Předmostí. In two buildings on parcels č. st. 725 and 728, a home for persons with disabilities with facilities for permanent care will be built as part of the transformation of Domov Na zámečku Rokytnice, p.o. (SO 01, SO 02, SO 04). In the building on parcel č. st. 726, new spaces will be created for the Přerov branch of Středisko sociální prevence, p.o. (SO 03). On the adjacent areas of parcels č. 30/107 and 30/106, walkways, parking and greenery will be built.
