Greece – Public-service buses – Ανοικτή Ηλεκτρονική Διαδικασία άνω των κοινοτικών ορίων, με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά αποκλειστικά βάσει τιμής, για την προμήθεια τριών (3) λεωφορείων (12μ) υδρογόνου με κυψέλες καυσίμου (FCEV) για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της Ο.ΣΥ. Μ.Α.Ε.

The subject of the contract is the supply of three (3) hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) buses (12m) from the O.S.Y. M.A.E., for the necessary checks and recordings of their behaviour when covering the daily mobility needs of citizens. The supply also includes all manuals, technical documents and illustrated spare parts catalogues necessary for the training of drivers, operation, maintenance, general overhaul, fault detection and rectification, and repair of the vehicles, as well as the "historical" book of each vehicle. Additionally, the supply includes the provision of training to the O.S.Y. M.A.E. driving and technical personnel, in accordance with paragraph 17 of the special clause of obligations and paragraph A.4.31 of Annex I, to ensure absolute familiarity with the design, operation and fault detection of the vehicles and their components. The buses to be supplied will be new, unused, manufactured with care, and in accordance with the rules of the art and science, and fully compliant with the mandatory applicable regulations in force, at the time of delivery to the O.S.Y., in the EU and internationally, by a recognised domestic or foreign company, proven to be specialised in this category of vehicles.
