Denmark – Pharmaceutical products – Amgros 2027 1.709.b

Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a joint venture with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wishes to enter into framework agreements for the medicinal products listed in the individual sub-contracts below, with a view to supplying the stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with medicinal products and, if necessary, reselling to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicinal products to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price plus a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
