Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1659_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von Bremssattelbaugruppen des Systems GTK Boxer

The contract covers the overhaul of brake caliper assemblies of the GTK Boxer system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their offers that the information on the respective lots is based solely on estimated requirements derived from historical values and includes any additional requirements (safety margin) that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantity requirements of the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarised in the relevant lot. This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2029. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2032. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
